Run in with the Popo

Today, Duke and I went on another date. I picked him up from his school as usual so his parents couldn’t track him with his car. We went to Punch Pizza which is my favorite pizza place ever, in that it’s legitimate italian pizza which I appreciate since I did live in Italy for 3 years. But I digress dinner was great, all that lovey dovey stuff and it was really nice since I hadn’t seen him in over a week. Following pizza we planned on going bowling but the wait to get a lane was 30 minutes so we decided to walk around a nearby mall. I enjoyed it not for the walking or the mall but for just being able to be near him and talk to him. After we completed a lap around all levels of the mall we decided to go to a frozen yogurt place. This place is cool because it’s open late, has board games, and you can customize all the toppings on your yogurt and you can control how much because you just pay based on weight. We sat down and played Jenga(tower game) and I won 🙂 It was getting to be time to be home for him so I drove him to the parking lot of his school where his car was. Our goodbyes elevated to making out which was really nice and fun, but this was short lived. Just as Duke is leaving my car to go to his, police lights flashed. A police officer came up to my window and asked what we were up to with the windows so foggy. At first, we said just talking, but we had to tell the truth and we said that we were making out. He wasn’t surprised because apparently he came to us because the security guy for the school had been watching us the entire time on the cameras. I freaked out. He took our IDs and I just thought of all the bad things that could happen. He said what we were doing was a misdemeanor in that it was disorderly conduct to be doing this at the school and that we could be arrested or fined up to 250$ each! I was rattled. Luckily when he came back, he gave us a “don’t do it again, and if you do, do it in a parking lot without security cameras.” I was so relieved. Once again I apologize for not posting a lot recently, I’ll strive to do better. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

 

Update

I apologize for not posting yesterday, I’ve been incredibly busy with college apps, econ. club, swimming, and not being caught up on my shows…but I’ll strive to do better. As my twitter suggested, I did finish my main Common App essay I’m just having a few friends correct my grammar, which I think is my true problem with my writing. I honestly just don’t see grammatical mistakes. On a completely unrelated note, I was asked to the Sadie Hawkins dance today by a really sweet girl! She asked me by leaving a whole pound of German chocolate in my class today with a note asking me to be her date. I said yes! It really cheered up a rather boring day and I had lots of chocolate to share with people (it made me pretty popular 😉 Anyways, I don’t really have much in the way of plans this weekend except I’ll probably have a date with Duke, and I have 2 SAT subject tests to take Saturday morning. Sorry guys I didn’t really have a topic! I’ll have a really good one this weekend I promise. To make up for this random post and not posting for a day please enjoy this nice pic 😉

I’m a Gleek

I have been looking forward to tonight for a few weeks now. Tonight glee resumes playing. I used to hate Glee, I thought they trashed the songs (and they do some), but for the most part, I like what Glee has to offer. Glee has a little bit of someone in all of the characters you can relate to whether you are the jock, the nerd, or the gay kid I can usually say “I felt like that person” at some point in my life. Plus Glee is breaking down boundaries that have never been broken especially pertaining to the gay romance between Kurt and Blaine. The music is good also I have come to realize. Lastly, Blaine AKA Darren Criss is pretty hot 😉 Overall, I hope some of you guys get to catch the episode tonight its on fox at 7-9 depending on time zones I think. Thanks for reading!!
