I lied. It is NOT thug Thursday but it sure drew your attention:) It’s just normal Thursday because I am the farthest thing from a thug and so is my friend Al. He’s the one I became with friends with this year.
In our three(?) months of friendship: I went to Homecoming in the same group as him, hung out with him multiple times, I came out to him, and he came out to me!
Pretty successful relationship I’d say. He even wrote a absolutely wonderful post on his dilemmas on coming out which I must say is worded very eloquently. Writing out his thoughts and feelings really helped him rationalize coming out and calm his fears. He enjoyed writing his post so much that he decided to make a blog as well.
