This week was the start of a new quarter for us and our school has really jumped head first into the new quarter. I am getting more homework, combined with swimming keeps me nice and busy. I still make time for Glee though! Tonight’s episode was really quite good in that it addressed the topic of sex and virginity and one of the couples they highlighted was Kurt and Blaine 🙂 I thought it was a very well done episode that gets down to very strong moral ideas. Additionally I appreciate that Glee IS breaking barriers showing gay people in a good light which I feel hasn’t really been done very successfully on television. The music was pretty good as well! This was my personal favorite. Hope you all are having a FANTASTIC Tuesday!

I’m a Gleek
I have been looking forward to tonight for a few weeks now. Tonight glee resumes playing. I used to hate Glee, I thought they trashed the songs (and they do some), but for the most part, I like what Glee has to offer. Glee has a little bit of someone in all of the characters you can relate to whether you are the jock, the nerd, or the gay kid I can usually say “I felt like that person” at some point in my life. Plus Glee is breaking down boundaries that have never been broken especially pertaining to the gay romance between Kurt and Blaine. The music is good also I have come to realize. Lastly, Blaine AKA Darren Criss is pretty hot 😉 Overall, I hope some of you guys get to catch the episode tonight its on fox at 7-9 depending on time zones I think. Thanks for reading!!
The Real World: San Diego
I have a confession. I love the show Real World. It really is a great show though, despite the fact that it’s on one of the trashiest TV stations known to man, there is something about it that I just love. I started watching Real World 3 years ago beginning with Real World: Washington DC. It was awesome, because each house of people had some character or some trait of a character I could relate to.
One thing, they have almost every season is a gay guy. Some good some bad, like in DC there was this awesome guy called Mike Manning he’s probably the Real World character I look up to most.
Anyways, the show basically puts 7-8 people in a house in a big city and sees what happens. Im a sucker for it.
This season takes place in San Diego, with 7 cast members. So far it seems like it will be good. As far as who I can relate to, I think Frank the bi guy gets the gay characteristic across. But besides that we aren’t much alike. I highly suggest checking this show out. It airs on wednesdays at 8? on MTV.
